I had some inside plumming issues a couple of weeks ago and called a plumer. Last Wednesday water would not drain. I contacted a local guy by the name of Randy Cutlup to replace the outside pipe, as the problem appeared to longer be inside the home. I had no idea that I had a clean out at the time and it was found at the time of the work today. The problem that I was having was on the city side. The city was contacted by Randy's crew and they were over within about 15 mins. Todd MWPSD spoke to me about the problem and quickly went to work to fix the problem. He assured me the my cost to the recent plumber would be taken care of, as well as any cost outside of the home. He took a $1,000 expense that I was about to have and stated that it was a city problem that he would take care of it. I give Todd and the city big props for taking care of me and taking ownership of a city sewer problem. He spoke to me very politely and it was very obvious that he was trying to make things right from the moment I met him. And, that is exactly what he did. Thank you Todd and Crew!
